Sarah’s practice is rooted in supporting social justice and marginalized communities, working to combat mental health disparities, and enhance psychological flexibility. She uses an intersectional, integrative, and multicultural approach, viewing the individual through a holistic lens to work collaboratively towards the client’s goals, utilizing aspects of CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
