My previous work involved facilitating group therapy on various populations, including those with symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, trauma, etc. I specialized in providing CBT, DBT, stress management, self-esteem, and a wide range of groups to meet the needs of my patients.

The therapeutic alliance that's created in therapy can be so healing. I encourage you to laugh, cry, vent, and explore places within you that you didn't even know existed. I will be right there beside you. I also believe spirituality/religion can play a large role in your experience as human and I want to explore that with you.
