My Approach to Helping
My approach is client-centered, meeting you where you are on your healing journey. I use various techniques, including IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Somatic practices, and EMDR. I specialize in relationship issues, trauma (adult and childhood), abusive homes, and men’s issues, offering a compassionate, tailored path to healing.
