Influenced by Gestalt and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide clients in Parts Work to explore and integrate different aspects of themselves. This approach recognizes that we all have inner parts—wounded, protective, and wise—that influence our emotions and behaviors. By helping clients build a compassionate relationship with their parts, IFS fosters healing, self-leadership, and inner harmony. This work is especially effective for trauma, self-criticism, and emotional dysregulation

I am trained in Reichian Somatic Therapy, a body-centered approach that helps release stored trauma by working with physical tension, breath, and movement. This method, rooted in the work of Wilhelm Reich, recognizes that emotional pain is held in the body. Through breathwork and body awareness techniques, I help clients access and release deep-seated trauma, allowing for greater emotional regulation, self-connection, and healing from long-standing patterns of distress.

I am trained in EMDR, a powerful therapy that helps process and heal trauma. EMDR is effective for both single-incident trauma, such as accidents or assaults, and complex childhood trauma stemming from attachment wounds and abuse. By targeting distressing memories, EMDR allows the brain to reprocess them in a way that reduces emotional charge and promotes healing. This structured approach helps clients move past trauma and build a more empowered, resilient sense of self.

PTSD can leave you feeling trapped in past experiences, unable to fully engage with the present. I specialize in treating PTSD using EMDR, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems to process trauma safely and effectively. Whether from a single event or chronic exposure, my approach helps clients reprocess painful memories, regulate their nervous system, and regain a sense of safety, control, and connection in their lives. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Dissociation is a survival response to overwhelming experiences, and healing requires a compassionate, structured approach. I specialize in working with dissociative disorders using Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, and EMDR to gently reconnect clients with their inner world. My approach helps clients build a sense of safety, integrate fragmented parts of the self, and develop skills to stay grounded. Together, we work toward wholeness, stability, and deeper self-trust.

Anxiety is more than just worry—it can feel overwhelming and exhausting. I use a blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, and Parts Work to address both the root causes and physical symptoms of anxiety. By integrating mind and body approaches, I help clients regulate their nervous system, release stored stress, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. My goal is to empower clients with tools to navigate life with greater ease, resilience, and a sense of inner calm.
