I work with clients across the life span navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, complicated life transitions, and attachment issues. I have specialized experience working with teens and adolescents, supporting the unique needs that can arise during this incredibly dynamic season of life. I am trauma trained and bring trauma informed care into my work.

I am here to serve as a guide to help you develop the internal resources to confidently build a life of your design. This doesn’t mean getting rid of your unhealed parts but showing them compassion as we move through difficult emotions and memories together. I want to explore what healing looks and feels like to you in this phase of life. Are there changes you want to make or would you just like to confront difficult aspects of your experience in a safe environment? My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and resilience.

I firmly believe that healing differs for us all. Therefore, each client is a unique individual deserving of therapy tailored to their specific personality and needs. I feel my experience as a refugee shapes my work by giving me a profound understanding of resilience and the complexities of rebuilding one’s life in a new environment. This background allows me to connect deeply with others who have faced similar challenges, creating a compassionate space where their stories and struggles are truly valued.
