My goal is for you to walk away with at least five practical tools that you can use anytime, anywhere, to manage emotions and regain control. I take a direct and solution-focused approach—we will work together to address the struggles you're facing right now. We’ll start by identifying the emotional stressors affecting you and develop strategies to help you regain stability. Through my experience and training, I’ve learned leading-edge techniques that help clients process emotions, build resilience, and create long-term change. You’ll learn how to recognize your triggers, calm your mind and body, and take control of your emotional well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to change and grow, no matter where they are in life. There are no limits to human capacity, and I firmly believe that many mental health challenges stem from unhealthy learned behaviors—which means they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier coping mechanisms. As a Haitian American with eight years of experience in mental health, I have seen firsthand how powerful transformation can be. I am passionate about helping people of color who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. I know that with the right support, you can build stability, resilience, and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. I believe in equity, inclusion, and advocacy. I actively support marginalized communities and participate in initiatives that promote mental health awareness and well-being.
