About My Clients

My clients know that I believe that being vulnerable takes courage and committing yourself to growth through self-reflection is brave. When myself or my team works with you or your child, we are honored to hear your stories of success and failure, love and loss and tragedy and triumph. We are all human after all.

My Background and Approach

The expertise of our integrative team is diverse in order to provide you or your loved one wrap-around support because we know that “it takes a village.” The approaches our team utilizes include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic (Insight-Oriented) Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and more. We offer family therapy, marriage & couples counseling, child & adolescent therapy, executive functioning coaching and academic coaching.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

It is often hard to know exactly what you need other than just knowing you need help and that is where Julia and her team use their skills, diverse backgrounds and various expertise to make a plan with you and for you to get you moving in the direction you want to go. Julia has a background in education, school social work, psychology, Division I college athletics, adolescent development, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, executive functioning, ADHD management, family dynamics and program development, she will meet you and your family and together you will make a plan.
