My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, offering compassion for the ways you’ve had to adapt or adjust to get by. I value honesty and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, after all, what's the point of therapy if we're beating around the bush? I bring curiosity and patience to our sessions, wanting to understand you more deeply and collaborate to help you uncover your potential at your own pace. Everyone is unique and deserves therapy that matches their needs. I take an individualized approach incorporating modalities such as: NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
