My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe we have the capacity to heal. Just like sometimes we need a brace or splint to help us mend a broken bone, so can we benefit from support and guidance through challenging time. I am here to help and guide clients as they journey toward greater well-being. I hope to support individuals in their journey to create healthy change.
