I utilize an authentic approach with clients centered in connection, relationship, empathy, and directness. Happily meeting you where you are and providing a safe space for you to be authentically you! I believe in being relatable, compassionate, finding healing in community and healthy dose of laughter along the way! I primarily utilize a relational approach while acknowledging that my role as your therapist is to get creative with it. Traditional settings and approaches aren’t always effective so love shaking it up with my clients. Whether we bring art, music, toys, sand, nature, tik tok, or animals into session I am always working on establishing unique interventions. I utilize both a traditional office space and a farm space depending on the client and their needs. My goal is always to support my clients with practical tools for their tool belt with the end goal being my clients feeling empowered to utilize these on their on own. I believe in the power of therapy because I’ve been a therapy client myself and know just how tough it is. I don’t believe in showing up for my clients and asking them to do work I’m unwilling to do for myself.Change isn’t always linear, and growth doesn’t come with a rulebook.
