We'll work together so you can figure out how to communicate what’s important to you in a way that works, which will build confidence and improve your well-being. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, anger management, loneliness, or substance concerns, we can find ways for you to feel better.
My Background and Approach
We will get to the heart of what's bothering you quickly and identify tools and strategies for you to improve your relationships and your life. I apply several evidence-based approaches to align with what works for you, including Interpersonal Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Existential Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As men, we are often not given space to figure out what we're thinking and feeling, which makes it hard to actually communicate honestly with others. I am on a mission to help men from all backgrounds understand themselves better, express themselves more clearly, and get the support that they need from the people around them. The world is a better place when everyone is able to recognize their thoughts and feelings, and communicate them effectively.
