Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach, using EMDR and other evidence-based modalities. Together we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your healing and growth tailored to your needs and goals. We take an integrative and evidenced-based approach to therapy, using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and other trauma-informed interventions. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, we help you explore how past experiences shape your present. By reprocessing past experiences, we foster new, adaptive beliefs and views. Our work is rooted in a neuroscience-based approaches that allows emotionally charged memories to be integrated in a healthier, more adaptive way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of growth and healing. Throughout my life I've been deeply curious about the "why" behind people's behaviors, seeking understanding rather than judgement. This curiosity stems from my own experiences and a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human experience. Mental health struggles often stem from learned patterns developed though survival, and with the right support, we can unlearn and rebuild. My work is trauma-informed, and I’m passionate about helping others find self-compassion and balance by fostering understanding and collaboratively validating their experiences. I advocate for inclusivity, self-empowerment, and creating safe spaces for healing. Whether through therapy, education, or community action, I strive to help others feel seen, heard, and understood.
