That's actually an exciting place to be; clients come to me to get help getting unstuck, reduce stress and overwhelm, and to clarify their vision for the future. My Background and Approach
I’m Hannah, a certified ADHD specialist and life coach. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of exhaustion, overwhelm, and stress, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. In my previous career as a clinical psychotherapist, I saw how many ADHD patients struggled because they didn’t fully understand their neurodiversity and how it shaped their lived experiences. This set me on a path to specializing in holistic management of ADHD and I learned that ADHD coaching is the recommended non-medication support for us neurodiverse folks. I teach clients to break free from those draining patterns and build a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling. Together, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you and explore practical ways to live by those values (even when life gets messy). And, as someone with ADHD myself, I get it. I can help you understand your brain better, learn strategies that actually work for ou, and make lasting, positive changes.
