My Background and Approach
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support families and individuals. My experience spans working with individuals on the autism spectrum and others with developmental or behavioral challenges. I help families understand the reasons behind challenging behaviors, offering practical tools to create positive change at home, in school, and within the community. I also work directly with individuals who are seeking to develop new skills, increase independence, or achieve goals they've set for themselves. Whether my client is a child or an adult, I take a compassionate, tailored approach that respects each person’s unique strengths and needs. My goal is to empower individuals and families, helping them feel confident and supported in their journey to growth and fulfillment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to making ABA an accessible resource for everyone in my community. A long-term goal of mine is to provide low-cost or even free ABA consultations to underserved communities, especially Spanish-speaking families and those with limited financial resources. I believe that ABA is for EVERYONE—not just individuals on the autism spectrum or those with learning differences. We all have behaviors, and it is my dream to educate parents, caregivers, and professionals on science-based, data-driven strategies that lead to positive, lasting change. ABA is a powerful tool that many people don't even know exists, and even those who do may face barriers due to lack of a formal diagnosis or financial constraints. This life-changing resource should be available to anyone who can benefit from it. While my goal is to make ABA accessible to all, I know that reaching this vision requires sustainable funding—so here’s to building the foundation for that dream!
