I'm genuinely excited to collaborate with individuals eager to grow and make positive changes. I enjoy working with those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and others. The first – and often the hardest – step is recognizing the need for change and asking for support. In our sessions, we’ll work together to develop the tools and skills needed to achieve your goals and nurture your strengths.
I have experience working with a variety of people from different backgrounds who have faced addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and other mental health struggles in their lives. I am also passionate about having an affirming and informed practice for LGBTQIA+ identities of all ages, in addition to working with couples (heterosexual, same-sex, and queer couples).
Throughout my career, I have found both pride and experience in helping people discover and practice different approaches that can help make symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD feel less overwhelming and more approachable. Whether it be racing thoughts, difficulty finding motivation to complete tasks, challenges with transitioning between tasks, or a combination of other anxiety, depression, or ADHD symptoms, I look forward to helping you take back your day-to-day.
Taking the first step into your own wellness can feel exciting and scary at the same time. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with life expectations or struggling to connect with loved ones. Maybe you are a new mother and it feels isolating and overwhelming or maybe you are feeling exhausted with parenting and managing roles. Whatever the reason, we will work together to explore the path to your wellness and wellbeing.
I have worked with individuals with a wide range of ages - from adolescents to older adults, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals involved in school and/or high stress jobs, and survivors of childhood, relationship, and experienced trauma - just to name a few! I firmly believe that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space, so I tailor my approach to what works and feels right for my client.

I work with young adults and adults who are experiencing stress and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop getting caught in a spiral of distracting negative thoughts so that you can start being present in the here and now. Then you can more easily make choices that are consistent with your personal values and goals.
At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing challenges. My goal is to work with clients on building their strengths in facing difficult emotions and living a rich and meaningful life.
I am well suited to help children, teens, and adultswith anxiety, depression, ADHD, school/work problems, and/or issues pertaining to sexuality and/or gender identity difficulties. I currently work at McLean Hospital in the School Consultation Service and help schools improve the mental health services provided to youth. Using the evidence-based practices, I help clients learn new ways to cope with difficult life problems and reunite with their core values to live their best life.
Using evidence-based techniques, I help clients cope with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, impostor syndrome, and procrastination. I also support them in building healthy friendships and partnerships, exploring identity issues, adjusting to new situations and life phases, and figuring out their personal and professional paths.

I enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, motivation struggles, and self-esteem issues. Whether you’re new to therapy, returning after a break, or experienced in the process, I welcome you into this space. My clients are ready to challenge themselves and are committed to the work it takes to create lasting change, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
At Resilience Lab my clients are people navigating life transitions, learning to love their bodies, or questioning their gender identity and/or sexual orientation. Our time together might look like healing trauma, reconnecting with family, or using mindfulness exercises to create more bodily awareness. Through this process, I spend time with clients to discover the values and pieces of their identity making them who they are.
My ideal clients are those seeking clarity and support as they navigate life’s challenges. They are eager to learn practical skills and understand how to apply them outside of therapy, as well as gain deeper insight into their behaviors and the mind-body connection. These clients value both empathy and honesty, appreciating a space where they can receive genuine support paired with transparent, constructive feedback.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, adoption-related challenges, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and recovery. I also support those who identify as “outsiders” or creatives, who seek to be heard, respected, and guided in processing trauma, changing patterns, and making meaningful decisions. My goal is to help clients live a more thriving, fulfilling life.
I work with children who have a range of difficulties across all spectrums of social, emotional, and behavioral needs and diagnoses. In addition, I work with parents of special needs children, helping parents in how to parent their unique child, as well as individual therapeutic issues that may have arisen since becoming a parent. I also work with divorcing couples on how to co-parent their child. Finally, I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or life transitions.
