About My Clients
My clients may struggle with managing sensory sensitivities, executive functioning, emotion regulation, social interactions, or a sense of belonging. My clients are often looking for strategies to cope with daily life, improve their mental health, or build meaningful relationships. They may want to gain confidence, reduce anxiety or stress, improve self-esteem, and learn practical skills to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
My Background and Approach
I have experience supporting clients seeking mental health care in-home, at a community clinic, and in schools, including a school located in a psychiatric hospital. Because of my experiences supporting diverse populations of clients in these settings, my approach is rooted in the belief that every client is unique and therefore requires personalized care. Rather than specializing in any single style, I believe the best approach to therapy is to incorporate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy into tailored interventions that address an individual's specific needs, strengths, and goals.
